Man U & Chelsea win again. It seems like the EPL is becoming a 2 horse race. What do you think? Have your say.

See the report from BBC below.

Henry derserved award instead of Cannavaro?

The Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger is obviously upset that his Arsenal captain, Henry was not named the European Player of the Year!!! Do you agree? Does Henry deserve the award. Have your say now....

Report from Soccernet.

Wenger: Henry deserved award, not Cannavaro

Arsene Wenger has insisted it was a 'mistake' not to name Arsenal captain Thierry Henry as European Player of the Year - and that the World Cup was 'lowest level' of football.

Italy captain Fabio Cannavaro took the prestigious Ballon D'Or - awarded by France Football magazine - ahead of countryman and Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, both of whom tasted success in Germany this summer.

France striker Henry, 29, meanwhile, was third - despite having helped Arsenal reach their first European Cup final and also reaching the World Cup final for a second time with Les Blues.

For Wenger, the decision was unjust.

'It is a mistake,' declared the Arsenal manager.

'It shows that the people who vote look only at the World Cup, which when you speak about elite football, in my opinion, is the lowest level in football that you can see at the moment.

'They make their decision on that.'

Wenger continued: 'If you see Italy playing against Togo or South Korea you cannot say that Cannavaro has a good game or even Thierry Henry has a good game, that he is the best player in the world - look at the players he plays against.

'To be consistent in a big championship like in England or in the Champions League for me would be much more appropriate than three weeks in the World Cup.'

So, what do you think? Do you agree with Arsene Wenger? Have your say.

Bolton vs Chelsea: Who Will Win? By How Many Goals?

Bolton must be in high spirit, after beating Arsenal. Will they be able to defeat Chelsea? What do you think?

See the preview report from Soccernet below:

Bolton v Chelsea

Bolton assistant boss Sammy Lee has claimed it is far too early to start labelling Andriy Shevchenko a #30million flop.

Despite his lofty reputation, the Chelsea striker has done little to justify the enormous price tag that saw him prized away from AC Milan.

After seven years in Serie A, the Ukrainian has struggled to adapt to the hurly-burly of Barclays Premiership life and has so far scored just three times in league combat.

Shevchenko was virtually non-existent during Sunday's draw at Manchester United and rumours are already circulating that the 30-year-old will be offloaded, if not in January then at the end of the season....Read more......
